Pilates

Pilates is a mind and body conditioning exercise programme that targets the deep postural muscles of the abdomen and spine to improve overall central core stability and posture.  The medical world is now recognizing the benefits of Pilates for the prevention and rehabilitation of back injuries, for sports performance and in the ante and post natal periods.  It suits men and women of all ages and fitness levels.

All classes are taught by an experienced Chartered Physiotherapist.

Super Seniors Exercise Class – Jan, 2018

Our next Super Seniors Exercise class with start on Tuesday, Jan 9th 2018. This class is aimed at the over 55’s who may be suffering from arthritis, osteoporosis or who may have trouble with balance or muscle strength. If you would like to reserve a place in the next block of 8 classes, please call us on 087 9401018.

Our next term of Pilates Classes will begin in Jan – 2018

Tuesday – Intermediate – 1pm – Lunchtime Pilates ( Jan 9th)

Tuesday – Intermediate Higher Level – 6.45pm – ( Jan 10th)

Thursday – Intermediate Lower Level – 7pm ( Jan11th)

Super Seniors Strength and Flexibility Class – Tuesdays 11am – 12.30 – re-starting on Jan 9th.
