Super Senior Exercise Classes

Selina devised the programme to meet the needs of the physical issues affecting our over 50’s population.

The main focus of the class is on:

  • Falls Prevention and Balance Improvement
  • Osteoporosis Management
  • Strength and Flexibility Training
  • Cardiovascular Fitness
  • Condition Management e.g. arthritis
  • Confidence Building

Participants are individually assessed and a tailor-made programme devised. Progress is monitored and programmes adapted continually by Physiotherapists with a working knowledge of these conditions and underlying medical complaints.

Selina’s Super Seniors exercise concept was the recipient of the Ireland's Best Young Entrepreneur award in 2017. There are plans to develop this programme further.
